Insane Genius
An animated GIF (correctly pronounced JIF, like the peanut butter) was sent to me about a week ago. I examined it and marvelled at its intricacy.

About ten minutes ago, I decided to carefully examine it to determine "how it all worked" by following various blue circles around the maze. I noticed that some appeared and disappeared around the edges. I assumed that it was just a nice tidy way of randomly introducing or dismissing blue circles. Then it hit me: this thing is designed to repeat endlessly!
I had to test this theory, so I created a quick-and-dirty HTML code to use this GIF as a background to a blank web page. The results were quite stunning and show the sheer insane genius behind this thing. See for yourself. Stretch the resulting window to fill your screen and get lost in the details.
If you are the creator of this masterpiece, please send me an email (along with adequate proof) so I can give credit where credit is due.
